This role sits within our architectural division, based at our Sheffield Depot.
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, managing them from enquiry through to completion.
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
* Provide administrative support to the wider team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day operation of the business.
* Arrange and coordinate transport and delivery bookings with a range of courier providers.
* Build, maintain and update customer and prospect databases.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Proactively follow up quotations, identify opportunities and provide customer feedback.
* Keep customers informed of new products, services and promotional opportunities.
* Gather customer feedback, market intelligence and competitor information.
* Provide product guidance and technical support to new and existing customers, recommending suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve individual and team sales targets and gross margin objectives.

Desirable Experience
* Previous experience working with contractors, builders or residential customers.
* Experience within landscaping, architectural products, construction materials or a related industry would be advantageous.
* Previous sales, customer service or account management experience.
