Job Title: Technical Sales Manager
Location: UK (Office location – Market Harborough)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: c£45,000 +£3,000 car allowance
Role:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our Client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical sales, engineering, preferably with knowledge in thermal analysis or high-temperature furnaces. Consideration will be given to candidates that have experience within Lab Equipment Research.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Business Development.
* Promote and sell our range of equipment to existing and potential clients across various laboratories and industries in UK.
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strong relationships with clients.
* Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
* Promote and sell our products in overseas countries. Direct selling as well as through dealers/distributors. Dealers/distributors to be developed in identified countries.
* Manage the business account for larger/custom furnaces from concept design to delivery of the project.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Science and/or Engineering is preferred.
* Proven experience in technical sales or customer service within a related industry (Engineering or Laboratory equipment).
* Strong technical aptitude.
* A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel for customer visits and service calls.
Location:
Please note that consideration will be given to candidates that are located remotely but there will be a requirement to be based on site for a period of time to get to know the products, company, and team.
