With a capacity for 50 students, the school emphasises a holistic approach to education, focusing on social skills, personal development, and employability alongside academic achievement. Position: SEN Teacher Location: Cheshire Contract Type: Full-time Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: M1 - UPS2 Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching tailored to the needs of students with ASC, ensuring progress academically, socially, and emotionally. Plan and implement a diverse curriculum, including life skills pathways and preparation for qualifications. Provide support and guidance to Teaching Assistants, fostering their professional development. Uphold school policies, with a particular focus on safeguarding and equality of opportunity. Monitor and address students' health, well-being, and personal care needs, collaborating with support teams as necessary.
