We have a great opportunity available to join Novus, our prison education provider at HMP Forest Bank, working as a Curriculum Manager Function Skills - internal opportunity. This role is offered on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week.

Site Information
HMP Forest Bank is located in Pendlebury, Salford, Greater Manchester. The prison is a Category B Male Prison that accommodates remand and sentenced offenders. It offers a diverse range of education opportunities and employment support. Individuals can work towards nationally recognised qualifications.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
* Hold a Teaching qualification – minimum Cert Ed or PGCE
* Hold a degree or equivalent (including equivalent life/career experience)
* Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
* Proven track record of implementing continuous quality assurance procedures
* Demonstrate a successful partnership working
* Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Have the ability to motivate and enthuse teams
* Demonstrate organisational skills to prioritise workloads to meet challenging deadlines and targets
* Proven track record of analysing trends and identifying impact on curriculum
* Have excellent IT Skills
