The role of Clinical Educator will be to work alongside the Senior Nursing Team within Endoscopy to ensure high quality, effective, and safe care for all service users. The post holder is charged with ensuring the continuing education and training of all staff.

The Endoscopy Unit at Trafford General Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and proactive leader to join us as our dedicated Endoscopy Clinical Educator.
Procedures and Responsibilities
Our procedures are varied and diverse, including diagnostics, therapeutics, and surveillance such as gastroscopy, flexible sigmoidoscopy, colonoscopy, PEG insertion, Bronchoscopy, and EBUS, delivering high-quality care to our patients.
We are looking for an individual with a keen interest in education and experience in endoscopy to work with our staff to develop their skills and knowledge.
Your remit will be to support staff within the Endoscopy unit; however, you will also have close working relationships with the wider team and Trust Clinical Educators.
Qualifications and Experience
* Endoscopy experience is essential.
* A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.
* A proven record of formal or informal training is required.
