Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Delivering engaging, high-quality training programs in your background sector expertise with a sector-specific focus to equip learners with practical and relevant skills.

* Providing expert instruction in your field, ensuring training sessions are interactive, accessible, and impactful.
* Supporting learners with clear guidance and constructive feedback to help them achieve their goals.
* Staying updated on industry developments to keep training content current and relevant.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven expertise in a sector-specific area (e.g. mechanical, electrical, renewables and civil engineering sectors) and a desire to give back to your sector by delivering high quality training.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
* Experience in delivering and industry-compliant training is not essential as full training will be provided.
* A proactive and collaborative approach to supporting learners and enhancing training delivery.
