Zake is one of the fastest growing property companies in the south-east and the two founders/Directors are looking to appoint an experienced EA.
The Directors also own a £20m+ turnover in-house construction business and have recently founded an energy business, so this will be a demanding but exciting role for a new EA.
Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role located in Brighton and Hove for an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will support Directors by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, organising schedules, handling correspondence, preparing expense reports, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. Additionally, the role involves acting as a key liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
Experience handling Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
Strong Communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders effectively
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in office tools such as spreadsheets, word processors, and calendar software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-office environment
Previous experience in a similar role is a strong asset
