💼 The Role
As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a large‑scale Digital Marketing Transformation Pathway, supporting the centralisation of digital marketing functions and the adoption of new technology platforms across global teams.
You will take ownership of project planning, stakeholder engagement, governance, and cross‑functional coordination to ensure seamless delivery of strategic initiatives—all while supporting the ongoing development of digital skills, tools, and processes.
This is a hands‑on role requiring strong organisational ability, adaptability, and a proactive mindset.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
Leading end‑to‑end project planning and delivery for digital marketing transformation initiatives.
Coordinating activity across global teams to ensure alignment and timely progress.
Supporting governance, budget oversight, contract reviews, and resource planning.
Facilitating workshops, progress updates, and cross‑functional meetings.
Managing technology implementation and enabling smooth adoption of new tools and systems.
Providing structure, clarity, and momentum to a fast‑moving transformation environment.
Building strong relationships with leadership, stakeholders, and partner teams across marketing, digital, data, and HR.
🌟 What Good Looks Like
3–5+ years' experience in project management, ideally in digital, marketing, tech, or transformation environments.
Strong organisational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
experience juggling multiple workstreams with strong attention to detail.
Confident communicator who can influence at all levels.
Adaptable and comfortable with change in a fast‑evolving global environment.
experience in digital marketing, capability building, or transformation projects is a bonus—but not essential.
🎓 Qualifications
Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not essential).
PMI/PMP certification advantageous.

Initial Contract: 6 months initially
