Location:Sleaford and surrounding areas
Rate:£30-£35 per hour (PAYE, case dependent)
Working Days:Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)
Hours:9:00 AM - 4:30 PM (flexible working available)
Specialism:Individualised teaching for students with SEN, SEMH, SEMD, and medical needs
The Opportunity
Are you an experienced educator looking to make a deeper impact? This role offers the chance to work outside the traditional classroom, delivering one-to-one support to students who need a more personalised approach to learning. You'll be helping young people overcome barriers, build confidence, and achieve meaningful progress-academically and emotionally.
Your Role Will Include
* Designing and delivering bespoke lessons in Maths, English, and Science
* Adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs and goals
* Creating a safe, structured, and encouraging learning environment
* Collaborating with families and professionals to ensure holistic support
* Promoting independence, resilience, and positive behaviour
What We're Looking For
* QTS or equivalent (PGCE)
* Minimum 2 years' teaching experience
* Strong subject knowledge across Key Stages 1-4
* Experience supporting students with SEN and SEMH
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
* Legal right to work in the UK
* A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection
