Your Role as a Trainee Teacher
From your first day, you will be an active member of the school community. Responsibilities will increase gradually and may include:
Supporting pupils in lessons and small group settings
Co-planning and delivering engaging lessons alongside experienced teachers
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching approaches
Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment
Training, Support & Development
Structured Training Pathway: Covering lesson planning, behaviour management, assessment, and inclusive practice
