Job Title : Social Worker – Child Protection Team
Location : Keighley & Shipley, Bradford
Pay Rate : £35 per hour
Job Description :
Liquid Personnel is recruiting experienced and dedicated Social Workers to join their client’s Child Protection Team based in Keighley and Shipley. Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of Child in Need, Child Protection, Pre-Proceedings, and Court cases
* Undertake assessments and develop care plans in line with statutory requirements
* Carry out direct work with children and families to safeguard and promote welfare
* Prepare high-quality reports and present evidence in court when required
* Work collaboratively with multi‑agency partners to deliver effective interventions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
* Participate in regular supervision and team meetings
* Ensure compliance with Social Work England standards and local authority policies
Qualifications & Experience
* Social Work England registration
* Eligible to work in the UK
* Hold a full UK driving licence
* Post-qualified experience
* Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
