Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated account manager to join our commercial team. This is a key sales role focused on driving revenue and strengthening relationships across global markets in the farmed salmon sector. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of the aquaculture industry, particularly salmon farming, and a proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.


Key Accountabilities:

1. Manage and grow sales of farmed salmon across assigned markets (retail, wholesale, foodservice, or export)
2. Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities
3. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and margin goals
4. Regularly visit clients and attend trade events, both locally and internationally
5. Monitor market trends, pricing dynamics, and supply chain conditions to inform sales approach
6. Collaborate with logistics, and marketing teams to ensure smooth fulfilment and customer satisfaction
