We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to advance your culinary career in a dynamic environment and support the culinary team in preparing exceptional dishes.

Located atop a former department store in London’s West End, Aqua Nueva serves refined, contemporary Spanish cuisine with a seasonal à la carte menu and menu del día.

Your Day At Aqua
* Culinary Creativity & Crafting Recipes for Success
Assist in preparing and presenting high‑quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate. Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and refine existing recipes.
* Team Support & Development
Support and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and training to help them grow and improve their skills. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, ensuring effective communication and teamwork during service.
Compensation
Paid £12.71 per hour, with the possibility of up to £6.31 extra per hour each month through the venue’s Tronc system – the Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
