Role Description
* Manage the residential conveyancing journey—from onboarding through file closure, post-completion, and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload including freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor: share your expertise with junior support staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.

* What You’ll Bring:
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with some commercial conveyancing exposure.
* At least 2 years’ practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks.
* Confidence with Land Registry portal and SDLT/LBTT forms. A knack for process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Business-development skills—happy to nurture referrers.
