We are seeking a proactive and organised Patient Booker / Pathway Coordinator to join our team in Shrewsbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity to support vital NHS services on a temporary basis, with an immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate patient appointments and booking pathways in line with NHS protocols
* Liaise effectively with clinical and administrative teams
* Ensure timely and accurate data entry onto NHS systems
* Support patients with appointment queries and rescheduling
Essential Requirements:
* Previous NHS booking experience is required
* Strong administrative and IT skills
* Excellent communication and organisational abilities
* Knowledge or experience in endoscopy pathways (preferred but not essential)
