This is a full-time, permanent role offering a rewarding opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team across a diverse range of wards, including acute, PICU, rehabilitation, eating disorders, and CAMHS. About the Role As Ward Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a specialist ward, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. You'll manage staffing, clinical supervision, and service quality, while supporting the professional development of your team. Key Responsibilities: Lead ward operations, including rota management, staffing levels, and skill mix. Ensure clinical supervision, appraisals, CPD, and mandatory training are completed. Drive service improvement through audits and evidence-based practice. Maintain high standards of care, safety, and regulatory compliance. What You'll Bring NMC or HCPC registration with relevant ward-specific experience. Minimum 2 years' experience supervising nursing or care staff.
