About the Role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Finance Assistant to join a friendly team based just outside Chelmsford. Offering a competitive salary of £28,000-£30,000 (pro rata) plus excellent benefits, including a quarterly bonus and 2PM finish on Friday's! This office based role is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your marketing career!


Duties & Responsibilities

* Assist with the posting of invoices.
* Prepare and send statements to clients and suppliers.
* Directly assisting both the finance department and purchasing department
* Ensuring stock is received and allocated correctly.
* Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment between stock levels and business needs.


What Experience is Required

* AAT Qualification is desirable, but certainly not essential.
* Sage 200 experience would be desirable.
