About the Role As a Technical Incident Manager, you'll take responsibility for managing mechanical breakdown claims in line with company procedures and policy terms. Your mission is to assess incoming claims, provide accurate authorisations or rejections, and ensure a seamless customer and repairer experience. Key Responsibilities Assess and process warranty claims received via online systems and email. Authorise or reject claims in line with policy terms Ensure all claim outcomes and notes are accurately recorded. Maintain administrative accuracy (vehicle/beneficiary information etc.). Provide the highest level of service to customers, dealers, and repairers. Manage technical relationships with main dealer workshops and repairers.
