Tempest Resourcing is seeking a full-time SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a supportive, specialist school in Bolton. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SEND professional to make a real difference to the lives of children with SEND, ASC, SEMH and ADHD. Requirements: Proven experience supporting students with SEND, SEMH, ASC and ADHD DBS registered on the Update Service Excellent spoken English Full-time availability Experience in behaviour management and de-escalation; Team Teach training preferred but not essential Responsibilities: Support pupils' learning and emotional wellbeing in the classroom and across school Assist in implementing individualised support plans and behaviour strategies Work closely with teaching staff to promote engagement and inclusion Maintain accurate records and contribute to reviews and planning This role is perfect for a dedicated, compassionate professional passionate about helping children with SEMH and SEND to thrive.
