Are you a seasoned Project Manager with a strong civil engineering background? We’re looking for an experienced, proactive leader to join our team and drive essential projects within the municipal wastewater sector.
About the Role:
As a Project Manager with a civils focus, you’ll take ownership of waste water treatment upgrade projects, from planning and mobilisation through delivery and close-out. You’ll oversee multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites, ensuring that wastewater schemes are delivered safely, on time, and to high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate civils-focused wastewater infrastructure projects
* Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, schedules, and resourcing
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health & safety protocols
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities to maintain strong project momentum
* Conduct risk assessments and resolve technical and logistical challenges
* Support other members of the team and contribute to continual improvement across project delivery
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven track record in managing civil engineering projects in the municipal wastewater or wider utilities sector
* Relevant degree/ qualification
* Strong commercial awareness and experience managing NEC contracts
* Exceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skills
* CSCS qualifications preferred
