Business Development Associate
Up to £30,000 basic + commission - OTE circa £50,000 -
Office-based - North London (Finsbury Park)
We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Associate to generate qualified appointments through outbound calling and smart prospecting.
You will be responsible for identifying target businesses, contacting decision-makers, qualifying opportunities, and booking meetings for senior sales colleagues. This is a high-activity, performance-driven role suited to someone who enjoys the challenge of opening doors and creating genuine opportunities.
You will need previous experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telesales, or appointment setting, ideally in a B2B services environment. Experience in commercial cleaning or FM would be an advantage, but the key requirement is attitude, resilience, and the ability to convert conversations into real opportunities.
Initially, the role is office-based with close support from the hiring manager. Over time, there is scope to grow into a broader sales role.
Must Haves:
* Previous Sales / Tele Sales Experience
* No fear attitude - cold calling
