Are you a creative, organised marketing professional looking for a role where you can genuinely own the full mix?
We're working with one of the UK's most respected privately owned new homes developers, and they're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their busy, talented marketing team based full-time from their head office on the Hertfordshire/Essex borders.
Responsibilities
* This is a hands-on, end-to-end marketing role covering everything from creative production through to campaign management and scheme launches. You'll sit at the heart of the New Homes division, working closely with the Head of Marketing and taking real ownership of your work.
* Designing and producing brochures, floorplans and marketing collateral
* Managing media schedules
* Running EDM campaigns
* Coordinating show home and scheme launches
* Managing Rightmove and portal listings
* Briefing photographers, videographers and CGI suppliers
* Supporting events
What we're offering
* Up to £38,000 depending on experience

Qualifications
* A new homes, property or agency marketing background
* Confident producing marketing collateral - InDesign or Adobe experience a real bonus
* Strong copy writing and attention to detail
* Comfortable managing media schedules, supplier relationships and multiple deadlines simultaneously
* Organised, proactive and someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told
