* Prepare detailed inspection and checkout reports, supported by clear evidence (photos, notes, etc.).
* Advise and liaise with tenants to help them resolve issues and maximise deposit return.
* Work closely with the maintenance team to highlight repair needs, ensuring work is completed efficiently and cost-effectively.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords, handling queries in a professional and friendly manner.
* Ensure compliance with relevant tenancy, lettings, and deposit legislation.
* Support dispute resolution processes where required by providing accurate documentation and reports.
Skills & Attributes

* Practical understanding of property maintenance, wear-and-tear guidelines, and tenancy deposit regulations.
* Ability to balance empathy with tenants and fairness for landlords.
* Organised and able to manage multiple properties and deadlines.
* IT literate, with experience using property management or inspection software preferred.
* A solutions-driven mindset, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues quickly.
Experience & Requirements
* Previous experience in property management, lettings, or a related field is desirable.
* Knowledge of end-of-tenancy procedures and deposit schemes is advantageous.
* A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (where required).
