Cloud Sales Specialist – UK SMB Birmingham (Hybrid) | £35,000–£45,000 base uncapped commission (10% GP) | Private Healthcare Benefits We’re working with a fast-growing scale-up delivering productised cloud solutions to UK SMBs. The business has strong financials, a healthy profit margin, and is investing heavily into its sales function as it continues to grow. Core solutions include Backup as a Service and Microsoft Azure (BCDR & Landing Zones), with the company moving away from bespoke projects to a more productised, scalable approach. Now they’re looking for a Cloud Sales Specialist to join their Birmingham-based team and help drive growth across both new and existing customers. What you’ll be doing * Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting through to close * Run outbound campaigns with support from sales and marketing * Engage prospects with Loom videos, benchmarking data, and product walkthroughs * Deliver demos and build relationships with CTOs, IT Managers and decision-makers * Use CRM, cadences, and virtual deal rooms to accelerate deals and manage pipeline What we’re looking for * Experience in B2B cloud sales, ideally within Azure, backup and disaster recovery * A hunter mentality with a consultative sales style * Familiarity with outbound tools (CRM, Loom, cadences) * Excellent communication and storytelling skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, scaling environment Nice to have: * Knowledge of MEDDIC/MEDDPIC or similar frameworks * Background in SaaS or productised services What’s on offer * £35,000–£45,000 base salary uncapped commission (10% GP) * Hybrid working from Birmingham city centre * Private healthcare and full benefits package * Access to modern tools and training * The opportunity to shape the sales function in a scaling business If you’re ambitious, love winning new business, and want to make your mark in a growing company with real momentum, this role could be a great fit
