Customer Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Support Specialist to assist with managing communications and ensuring a positive experience across creator platforms.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling high message volume in a fast-paced digital environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Managing inbound messages across platforms
• Responding to subscriber inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining consistent brand voice and communication style for each creator
• Escalating priority conversations when necessary
• Assisting with community engagement and general account support
• Following structured guidelines while adapting naturally to conversations
• Monitoring activity and reporting trends or feedback

• Experience in online support, community management, or digital communications preferred
• Ability to handle high message volume efficiently
