Working Hours This is a flexible role with shifts to work around your education, commitments and social events. Our horse racing season starts in October and runs until May alongside a busy conference and events schedule you can pick and choose how much or little you wish to work. In addition to this there is the opportunity to travel to other compass venues. You must be able to travel between Exeter Racecourse and Wincanton Racecourse on a weekly basis during our racing season October – May. Main Chef Responsibilities Communicating with colleagues to ensure smooth delivery. Prepare food to menu specifications ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed. Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
