Salary: Pay to scale M1 – UPS3 (£31,650 – £49,084)

The Role
As a Geography Teacher, you will deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stages KS3, KS4 and KS5, encouraging a love for Geography while developing critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills. You will work with a passionate team of educators and receive support for your professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Teach Geography at Key Stages 3, 4 & 5
* Plan and deliver creative and inspiring lessons
* Assess, track and report on student progress
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
* Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching practices and curriculum development
* Support students’ well‑being and academic growth
Qualifications
* Relevant teaching qualification (QTS or equivalent)
* Strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
