Job Description
3. Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth work flow and organisation.
4. Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary management and travel arrangements.
5. Coordinate meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes when required.
6. Oversee office supplies and liaise with vendors to maintain an efficient work space.
7. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
8. Support HR-related tasks, such as on boarding new staff and maintaining employee records.
9. Assist with basic financial tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
10. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager/PA should have:
11. Previous experience in office management or as a personal assistant, ideally within the engineering or manufacturing sector.
12. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
14. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise responsibilities.
15. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. A professional and approachable demeanour, with a focus on confidentiality.
