Your responsibilities as Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Maintain and repair motors, gearboxes, pumps, valves and bearings across site
* Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults quickly to minimise downtime
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance to keep operations running efficiently
* Fault find on Allen Bradley PLC systems (no programming required)
* Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and solutions
* Participate in a 1 in 4 call‑out rota providing out‑of‑hours engineering support
What we’re looking for in an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Level 3 qualification in electrical engineering (or equivalent)
* 17th Edition minimum (18th Edition preferred)
* Previous experience in heavy industrial electrical and mechanical environments
* Strong fault‑finding capability across electrical systems and machinery
* Experience working with PLC‑controlled equipment (Allen Bradley desirable)
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, typically 7:30am – 5:00pm (with 1 in 4 on‑call rota)
