Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
Divorce and separation
Financial settlements
Children matters and contact arrangements
Cohabitation issues
Domestic abuse cases
2. Provide clear, practical legal advice with a client-focused approach
3. Conduct advocacy where appropriate
4. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider department
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements
About You
7. Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (PQE level flexible)
8. Strong understanding of family law procedures and best practice
9. Confident communicator with excellent client-care skills
10. Ability to manage your own caseload independently
11. Calm, empathetic, and professional approach to sensitive matters
12. A team player with strong organisational and time-management skills
