About the Role
As a Graduate Classroom Supervisor in Retford, you will oversee lessons during teacher absences, ensuring pupils remain engaged and complete the work set.
You will be responsible for maintaining a calm and focused learning environment while supporting students across a range of subjects.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise lessons using pre-set work

* A degree or equivalent qualification (essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confident working with young people
