Overview
Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor features four restaurants, a 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa (Eynsham Baths), 108 bedrooms, a gym with class studios and padel courts, a kids’ club, and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor acts as a hosted home, bringing people together with plenty to say and nothing to prove.
The Role
Warehouse Operative at Estelle Manor is responsible for ensuring that all fresh produce, beverage commodities, and other goods are received, recorded, and documented accurately. After the goods receiving process, you will deliver all goods to the appropriate internal/external locations promptly and store them in the correct manner and location. You will be part of a team responsible for waste management across the estate, including the exchange of waste containers and litter picking, supporting the setup of events and vehicle maintenance. You will also be responsible for keeping all outdoor utility areas clean and well maintained.
Who we are looking for
* A clean, full UK Driving licence is essential for this role.
* Experience in a warehouse and logistics environment would be advantageous but not essential.
* Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and generate new ideas with creative thinking.
* Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management, and ad hoc interactions with our members and guests.
* An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and strong interpersonal presence.
* Passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail.
