We're using this funding to recruit a Specialist Clinical Practitioner to join our dynamic Substance Misuse Team, working with young people aged 6?25 who live, work, and learn in Hackney and the City. About the Role This is a unique opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary team supporting young people and families facing a range of challenges including: Emotional and behavioural difficulties Abuse and neglect Developmental trauma Relationship and attachment issues Deliberate self-harm Substance misuseYou'll deliver highly specialised clinical interventions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, trauma-focused therapy, psychodynamic therapies, and attachment-focused interventions. Your work will help young people develop healthier coping strategies and reduce repeated treatment episodes. What We're Looking For: We're seeking a compassionate and skilled practitioner who can: Provide expert clinical support to children and families Work autonomously and collaboratively across services Carry a manageable caseload with direct clinical impact Commit to anti-racist and inclusive practice Communicate effectively with professionals, children, and families An Enhanced DBS check is required for this role.
