Office Sales Manager (Construction/ Building Products) – Cardiff
Up to £35,000 + (OTE 40k - 45k). Company bonus to add to OTE + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Training + Progression + On-site Parking.

Role and Responsibilities
* In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing your own customer base while ensuring your team stays focused, meets sales targets, and delivers exceptional service to both new and existing clients.
* You will collaborate closely with the external sales team, prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their requirements are met.
* As a key driver of team performance, you\'ll motivate and support your colleagues to achieve their KPIs, maximise sales opportunities, and maintain a high standard of service across all activities.
* Develop new and existing customer relationships to drive sales growth.
* Prepare quotations, process orders, and support the external sales team.
* Deliver excellent customer service while ensuring sales targets are met.
Required qualifications / The Person
* Previous management experience within sales.
* Based in Cardiff.
