Job Title: Medical Administrator / Medical Receptionist (SystemOne)
Location: Bath (Training in Swindon or Bath – Hybrid working available after training)
Job Type: Full-time / Flexible shifts available
We are currently recruiting Medical Administrators to join a busy and supportive primary care environment in the Bath area.
Role Overview
We are looking for experienced and confident administrators who can support a range of GP practice functions, including both telephone and clinical system work.
Key Responsibilities
* Answering incoming patient calls via telephone systems
* Inputting and updating information on SystemOne
* Processing referrals in line with practice procedures
* Managing and responding to practice emails
* Supporting general administrative duties across the surgery
Shift Patterns
* 08:00 – 16:00
* 12:00 – 20:00
Training & Working Arrangements
Initially, staff will be required to work on-site at either Swindon or Bath to ensure full training, integration, and support within the team.
Once fully trained and confident in the role, remote working shifts may become available, offering excellent flexibility.
Requirements
* Experience working with SystemOne (essential)
* Previous experience in a GP practice or healthcare administration setting
* Strong telephone communication skills
* Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively
* Comfortable working as part of a clinical team
