We are pleased to be working on an exclusive agency arrangement with a very established and professional motor sector client who are currently seeking to recruit an Administrator to join their accident repair centre on permanent basis. This role is for between 25 and 30 hours per week and can be worked over 4 or 5 weekdays per week - exact working hours are negotiable. This is a superb local opportunity to work for a very established and highly reputable company.
Repair Centre Administrator
Monday - Friday 25 - 30 hours per week over 4 or 5 days weekdays per week.
Haywards Heath
£13 per hour (£16900 per year for 25 hours) or (£20280 per year for 30 hours), plus good company benefits.
Permanent role.
Duties will include
Booking in jobs, raising job cards and arranging courtesy cars etc.
Monitoring vehicle progress
Invoicing, including online invoicing
Chasing up overdue accounts
Staff clock cards and pay claims
Typing up repair estimates for customers.
General admin / offices duties
