This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyors to work for a reputable contractor on the Northumbrian Water framework.
The company are market leaders and your role as a Senior Quantity Surveyor will be to work out of the Hartlepool office, covering the Northumbrian water region on clean and wastewater works as well as some other groundwork and remediation works.

Key Details & Responsibilities for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
* Freelance role
* Outside of IR35
* Working for a reputable company
Experience required for this Senior Quantity Surveyor role:
* NEC4 contract experience.
* Civil Engineering background - experience working within Civil Engineering, heavy civils, highways or water and knowledge of how site operates
* Experience working on site previously. Water experience ideal but not essential.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and profit/loss calculations.
