My client, a leading supplier of composite components to F1, motorsport, automotive, aerospace, defence and marine requires an experienced composite trimmer for an urgent project. This is a contract role outside IR35.

Responsibilities:
* Trimming, bonding and assembling carbon fibre components utilizing engineering drawings and build manuals
* Checking information on drawings is clear
* Checking route card instructions are correct
* Help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency
* Keep all equipment maintained
* Meet delivery targets for customers while maintaining high quality standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a composite trimmer/fitter in the motorsport, automotive, aerospace or defence sectors
* Strong background working with pre-preg materials
* Ability to read and work from engineering drawing
* Good attention to detail
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Reliable, hardworking and committed to high-quality workmanship
