We're a friendly, family-owned plumbing and heating company based in Retford. No two days here are ever the same — one moment you'll be arranging schedules, the next you'll be helping a customer with an urgent request. You'll play an important part in keeping our engineers' diaries on track and ensuring our customers always receive the warm, professional service we're known for.
What you'll be doing:
* Planning and scheduling appointments for our engineers.
* Handling urgent breakdown calls and arranging same-day visits where needed.
* Keeping in touch with customers via phone and email, providing clear and helpful updates.
* Supporting the team with everyday office admin.
* Ensuring everything you do reflects our commitment to excellent customer service.
What we're looking for:
* A confident communicator with a friendly telephone manner.
* Someone comfortable using computer-based systems (training will be given).
* A quick learner with a proactive, positive attitude.
* A reliable team player who enjoys working in a busy, varied role.
Bonus points if you:
* Know the local Retford area well.
* Have office or scheduling experience (though transferable skills are welcome too).
