Salary: £38,000 – £41,000 + up to 25% Bonus + Benefits

What you'll be doing:
8. Leading and motivating your kitchen team with energy and passion
9. Managing stock, food margins, and kitchen standards
10. Owning food safety, audits, and compliance
11. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and team development
12. Driving performance through regular 1:1s and coaching
13. Delivering consistent, high-quality dishes to spec
14. Working closely with a supportive General Manager who knows the kitchen inside out
