Description:
As a social media coordinator, you'll manage the organisation's online presence by developing and implementing our social media strategy.
You'll lead campaigns and projects across a range of social media channels, producing engaging content, analysing usage data, building client relationships and facilitating customer service.
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies
2. manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube, using tools such as Hootsuite and Asana.
3. develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organisation and brand
4. form key relationships with influencers across social media platforms and undertake audience research
5. monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights
6. undertake audience research, identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns and optimise content to further encourage community interaction and engagement
7. analyse competitor activity and recommend improvements to increase performance
8. set targets to increase brand awareness and increase customer engagement and loyalty
9. manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
10. manage and track budgets for social media activities
11. regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls or face-to-face (agency roles).
Requirements:
You need to have a GCSE in Maths and English Grade 4/C or above.

This is an office/studio based position, must be able to reliably commute daily to Aston, Birmingham.
Flexible working hours, weekend work will be required as this is when we have our performances and lessons.
