Immediate Start: Finance Administrator, based in Warrington on a temporary contract, weekly pay and per hour!
Were looking for an Finanace administrator to join a busy Logistics office based in Warrington on an ongoing temporary basis. You will be joining the UKs leading logistics group Monday to Friday with free car parking, free food, and drinks from the onsite restaurant!
You must have a driving license and your own transport for the role.
What will you be doing as an Finance Administrator?
1. You will be providing administrative support to the department processing PO and Invoices
2. Manage the admin mailbox.
3. You will be working within the internal and external departments to communicate relevant information.
4. Inputting invoices on to the system
5. Invoicing data entry
6. Dealing with purchase orders and raising POs
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Excel experience is essential for the role.
Your previous role may have been working in as invoice administrator or purchase ledger
Strong IT skills.
Good communication skills.
You must have your own driving license due to the location.
Youre able to use your initiative.
Happy to work in a team and independently.
