The community dietetic team is well established and enjoys good working relationships with primary care colleagues including community nursing teams. The community dietetic team comprises of a Clinical Lead Dietitian, 2 Advanced Specialist Dietitians (including this post), 5 Specialist Dietitians, 1 Dietitian and 3 Dietetic Assistants. The post holder will be based at Shotley Bridge Hospital but may be required to cover other areas within the locality of County Durham and Darlington.
