The Opportunity
We are hiring a Full Stack Developer to work across our entire product suite:
* Digital Vault:structured document storage & role-based access
* LegadoSign:compliant e-signing & workflow orchestration
You will build scalable, secure systems used by regulated financial institutions, where reliability,auditabilityand performance genuinely matter.
You will also work with the latest development tooling, including AI-assisted workflows (Claude,Cursor,GitHubCopilotand similar tools) to enhance productivity and code quality. We actively encourage modern engineering practices and intelligent automation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Designing and building high-quality full stack features across React and .NET
* Delivering secure, scalable APIs and web applications within Azure
* Working in two-week sprints within Azure DevOps
* Contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy
* Writing robust unit and integration tests
* Advocating for quality,maintainabilityand low technical debt
* Collaborating closely with Product, Design and Engineering peers
* Supporting production systems and improving operational resilience
* Continuously improving engineering standards and ways of working

What We’re Looking For
* 4+ years’ experience developing production full-stack applications
* Strong .NET / C# backend capability
* Solid experience with React and modern front-end practices
* Experience building secure, scalable APIs
* Familiarity with Azure environments and CI/CD pipelines
* Strong understanding of software design principles and clean architecture
* Commitment to writing tested, maintainable code
* Experience working in Agile teams
* Strong communicator who works well in cross-functional teams
* Comfortable giving and receiving code reviews
* Able to discuss trade-offs clearly and pragmatically
