As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key part in delivering a world class housekeeping service, maintaining the highest quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.
The Role
1. Plan, organise, and coordinate service activities to achieve the contract’s financial and operational performance targets.
2. Demonstrate a passion for customer service and strong leadership by creating a clear, inspiring vision for your team.
3. Set ambitious personal standards and consistently strive to exceed them.
4. Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to ensure efficient team operations.
5. Deliver the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within your designated area of responsibility.
6. Perform a range of general cleaning tasks, including offices and meeting rooms, washrooms, vacuuming, and wet or dry mopping.
7. Ensure correct and safe use of all cleaning chemicals and materials.
8. Maintain a safe working environment in full compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
