Summary
There will be an expectation for the appointed individual to remain in the role for a minimum of 12 months, unless a promotion is obtained.
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced and qualified Firefighters and Crew Managers. Eligible applicants will need to meet the following criteria as a minimum:
1. Be a competent, substantive Firefighter and been successful in the Crew Manager promotion board or be a substantive wholetime Crew Manager.
2. ITOP or Qualified L1 ICS
3. Not subject to formal performance improvement actions, nor have any live disciplinary sanctions.
These post is aligned to the 224 ORC duty system.
