Professor Herb is a fast growing, youthful business in East Goscote, Leicester LE7 3XD. We are a leading manufacturer and wholesale supplier of hemp products.
Professor Herb is currently seeking a driven, self-motivated and experienced Trade Account Manager to join their expanding team and head their B2B trade sales channels, working with retail stores and distribution partners.
The Trade Account Manager must be friendly, relatable, forward thinking and have the ability to build strong relationships. This role is ideal for someone who is financially motivated, eager for success and enjoys a challenge. Previous sales, account management and business development experience IS essential.
The ideal candidate must be able to work efficiently and proactively on their own and use their initiative to complete tasks.
The role of the Trade Account Manager will be to manage all B2B trade accounts, including:
* Manage all trade account applications (vetting, approval and rejection)
* Manage all trade account relationships (via regular contact, calls, emails and stock checks)
* Generate new sales and revenue
* Main point of contact for all trade customers
* Contacting potential new stockists & retailers
* Reviewing historic accounts and increasing sales
* Meeting new retailers, stockists and distributors
* Attending trade-shows, exhibitions and events
The role may require international travel, meeting with new distributors in international markets, and/or attending international trade shows.
The ideal candidate should be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Word/Excel.
Full product training will be provided.
Please be aware that our business is moving from East Goscote to Loughborough in Q1 2026.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £18.50 per hour
