What You’ll Do
• Prepare, run, and maintain racing cars to a high professional standard.
• Support trackside operations, including setup changes, fault diagnosis, turnaround, and repairs.
• Work closely with drivers, engineers, and team leads to ensure reliability and performance.
• Maintain meticulous attention to mechanical condition, safety, and presentation.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performance workshop and race-team culture.
What You Bring
• Proven experience in motorsport.
