The Franchise Development Manager will join a senior team of hospitality professionals who are on a clear mission to scale the number of physical stores across the UK through franchising and property acquisition. This role needs a highly driven, ambitious and commercially minded franchise manager.
The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of the brand across the UK by:
1. Franchisee Recruitment:
Identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-quality franchise partners to accelerate the growth of the estate.
2. Site Acquisition:
Working alongside franchise partners and landlords to identify and secure prime locations that fit the brand's growth strategy.
3. Commercial Negotiation:
Managing the commercial and contractual discussions with both franchise partners and property agents to ensure the best outcomes.
4. Network Growth Strategy:
Collaborating with the MD to develop and execute a clear plan for rapid multi-site expansion across key cities and regions in the UK.
This role is designed for someone hungry to make an impact — you'll need drive, resilience, and a natural talent for closing deals while always keeping the long-term growth and profitability of the brand front of mind.
