Talentometry have partnered with a highly respected, specialist M&E contractor with decades of experience delivering complex, high-quality installations.
Following sustained growth, they are looking for an Electrical Installation Contracts Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for an ambitious manager who wants a clear, structured pathway to step up into a Projects Director position in the future.

If you are someone who can work out challenges to get things done, this is precisely the opportunity to take you right to the top.
The Role As an Electrical Installation Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects from initial design handover through to final commissioning and client sign-off.
* Deliver multiple electrical installation contracts from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and to budget.
* Manage projects across a wide variety of sectors including schools, universities, general offices, new build Cat A offices, retail and shop fitting, industrial units, and hospitals.
* Coordinate direct labour and manage specialist sub-contractors across various sites.
* Oversee commercial control, including monitoring project financials and procurement of materials.
* Complete and manage risk assessments (RAMS) to ensure strict health and safety compliance.
* Act as the key technical point of contact for clients, architects, and main contractors.
What Were Looking For
* Strong background in Building Services with a proven track record managing multiple electrical installation contracts.
* Direct experience delivering projects across the specific environments mentioned above (education, commercial/Cat A, retail, industrial, and healthcare).
* City & Guilds or NVQ Apprenticeship in Electrical Installation.
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* A valid ECS card.
* A proactive, detail-driven individual with unrelenting ambition to eventually move into a Directorship role.
* Comfortable working from a North Birmingham office base when not on site.
Whats on Offer
* Salary up to £65,000 + £5k car allowance
* A genuine, mapped-out opportunity to progress through to Projects Director.
* A stable, supportive environment where you will be trusted to deliver and make your mark.
If youre ready to transform how you move forward in your career and take on a role with real long-term progression, wed love to hear from you.
